To maintain the quality of every order, orders cannot be opened, inspected, or tried on while the courier is waiting.

Customers are required to receive their order first and inspect it privately after the courier has left.

This policy allows us to ensure that every order we deliver maintains the highest quality standards and reaches you in the condition and quality you expect from us.

If you wish to request an exchange or refund, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.

All items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unused, unwashed, with all original tags attached, and in the original packaging.

Please note that requests submitted more than 24 hours after delivery may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
