If you wish to request a refund or exchange, kindly contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.

Please note that all items must be returned in their original condition unworn, unused, with all tags attached, and in the original packaging.

Requests submitted after 24 hours from the delivery time may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
